About the Role

We are seeking a General Labor- Bakery Packer to join our team at our bakery. As a General Labor- Bakery Packer, you will be accountable for safely packing finished products to meet company quality standards while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

 

Shift & Schedule

  • Shift: 2nd
  • Hours: 3:45PM – 2:15AM
  • Weekend availability: Required

 

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $18 – $20

 

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

  • Pack finished products according to company specifications to ensure correct quantity and presentation
  • Monitor product quality on the line and communicate issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support food safety and operational efficiency
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety regulations to ensure legal and company compliance
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and support smooth production flow
  • Replenish and communicate low packaging material levels to maintain continuous operations

 

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
  • 1 year of related work experience and/or training
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

 

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging
  • Familiarity with GMPs and food safety requirements
