Hours: 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
Weekend Availability: As required
Compensation
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Provide break relief coverage across multiple production positions to support uninterrupted operations
- Perform duties across case erecting, packing, dough handling, mixing, operating, and palletizing functions
- Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, legality, and GMP standards
- Follow Allergen, Food Defense, and HACCP policies to ensure product integrity
- Partner with supervision and maintenance to support safe and reliable equipment operation
- Build effective working relationships to promote teamwork and operational efficiency
- Adapt quickly to changing production needs while maintaining performance expectations
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow safety, food quality, and sanitation requirements
- Willingness to work 2nd shift hours
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Experience in food manufacturing or baking environments
- Exposure to GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control practices
- Experience operating or supporting production machinery
