Responsible to ensure that product meets company specifications, ensure that job duties that affect safety, legality and quality standards are addressed.  Perform duties and tasks routinely, adapts techniques to meet special needs, and apply basic skills.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Stack and build pallets that contain finished Par Bake product.
  • Monitor appropriate weight of finished product cases and verifies proper lot code.
  • Must record accurate number of cases and lot codes on pallets containing finished product.
  • During Thaw & Serve production, Palletizer hand prepares cases and applies labels, hand packs. Palletizes cases according to proper configuration.
  • Perform inspection of finished product cases for possible anomalies.
  • Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
  • Rotate positions with the case packer.
  • May be required to take on additional responsibilities or roles based on the needs of the plant.

 

Qualifications:

  • A high school diplomia adn GED
  • One year related experience and/or training
  • Experience in the food industry
