About the Role

We are seeking an FSQA Coordinator to join our team at our Ancaster bakery. In this role, you will manage and maintain AIMS documents within the ETQ system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of critical documentation. You will also support administrative tasks and assist with data analysis for the FSQA department. This is a 1.5 year contract position.

Shift: Rotating
Weekend Availability: Required

 

Compensation

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

 

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

  • Create, update, and maintain the master document control list for AIMS documents.
  • Manage all AIMS documents in ETQ, including entering, scanning, updating, archiving, and uploading.
  • Oversee document storage, retrieval, and revision control within ETQ.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness; remove obsolete documents.
  • Process controlled documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
  • Format and structure records for data entry and archiving.
  • Investigate and analyze data; assist in producing change control documents.
  • Maintain master copies and assist with scanning and archiving materials.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • High school diploma required; diploma in a relevant field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administrative experience and computer literacy.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
