To provide relief for the front end positions on the bagel line; including mixer, prescale, machine operator, and leadhand.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the station on time and ensure the line starts on time
• Provide relief for the front-end positions in English Muffins; including team.
• Must perform duties as assigned by Leadhand or Supervisor
• Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
• Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in the SOP manual
• Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
• Adhere to food safety practices and ensure they are being followed
• Perform all other duties as assigned
   

Qualifications:

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including bending, walking, standing, and the ability to lift amounts of weight above shoulders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility around shift work is required with availability for overtime hours as needed
• GMP and safety awareness
