Director, Customer Development

We are seeking a Director, Customer Development  to join our team. As the Director of, Customer Development, you will be accountable to develop and execute a strategy for K12 and school business. You will be responsible to hire and train a specialized K12 team. You will also be responsible for targeted Aspire Bakeries K-12 accounts and targets with a team across the United States. This position will be reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Customer Development. This individual will lead and develop the K-12 team as well as shared functional resources (Analytics, Replenishment, Customer Marketing, Category Management, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to manage and develop the Aspire Bakeries business. This position will manage an existing customer base, our K-12 broker network as well as hire and develop a new team. As a director you will be responsible to create and develop new customer opportunities while generating significant new business growth. In this Director role you will have responsible to lead and grow this K12 segment while communicating strategy and results to the executive leadership team.
