About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director, National Accounts, to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for driving new business growth by leading the end-to-end sales process for Large QSR opportunities - from prospecting and executive level relationship building through contract negotiation and customer onboarding. You will display the strong business acumen of a seasoned, professional sales leader. This role is critical to expanding Aspire Bakeries’ customer footprint, accelerating revenue growth, and delivering strategic, value-driven partnerships that strengthen our market position.
Compensation

Salary Range: $150,000–$200,000
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

Drive New Business Acquisition by identifying, pursuing, and securing national account opportunities across foodservice Large QSR through targeted, strategic sales plans.

Build Strategic Customer Relationships by developing and sustaining executive-level partnerships and aligning customer needs with Aspire Bakeries’ capabilities and solutions.

Lead Sales Strategy & Execution by owning the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and customer onboarding.

Deliver Revenue & Performance Results by achieving new business revenue targets, managing pipeline health, and tracking conversion rates and ROI.

Partner Cross-Functionally with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to develop compelling value propositions and ensure seamless customer execution.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

15+ years of progressive experience in national accounts, customer development, and strategic sales/account management

Proven track record of new business acquisition and delivering against revenue targets

Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end sales processes, including relationship building, cross functional team leadership, and contract negotiation

Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L drivers, margin, and profitability

Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams

Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement and business needs
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

Experience managing national or enterprise-level accounts within food, CPG, or foodservice

Background in commercial strategy, customer insights, or category management

Track record of building and closing complex, multi-year customer agreements

Experience working in a manufacturing or vertically integrated organization

MBA or advanced business training
