About the Role
We are seeking an Operator 3, Production to join our team at our Brantford bakery. As an Operator 3, Production you will play a critical role in operating and monitoring high-speed bakery production lines to ensure continuous production, product quality, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Shift & Schedule
• Shift: Rotating continental schedule
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 2 weeks days followed by 2 weeks nights
• Weekend availability: Required
Compensation
• Hourly Rate: $27.24
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
• Operate and monitor high-speed continuous donut, bread, and pastry production lines to ensure efficient output and consistent quality
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot line equipment to support continuous production
• Collaborate with production and quality teams throughout the shift to maintain operational flow and standards
• Manage and maintain adequate raw material stock at the production line
• Operate and monitor palletizing equipment for finished products
• Accurately enter inventory and production data into the warehouse management system
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to work a rotating continental shift schedule, including days and nights
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform manual lifting as required
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
• Previous production line experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Forklift operation experience or certification
• Experience working in high-speed, continuous manufacturing environments
