Passionate about making a difference in people's lives? This HR internship is your chance to partner with the Director and shape how Aspire Bakeries supports its amazing team. Tackle projects like workforce planning, leave management, and pay equity communication, gaining valuable HR experience while making a real impact. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HR Director on workforce planning/staffing standards across the bakeries.
  • Leave of Absence & frustration of employment summary/clean up.
  • Pay Equity communication to bakeries.

 

Potential Projects:

  • Workforce planning.
  • Leaves.
  • Pay Equity.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Working towards a Bachelors degree in Human Resources.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 

Program Eligibility:

  • Must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
  • Must be able to work from the Brantford office, Monday-Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely each Friday.
  • Must pass pre-employment criminal background check with satisfactory results.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
