As a Logistics Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of shipping and receiving operations. You will adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality. Key responsibilities include effective communication with Supervisors and Managers, proper documentation of work performed, and assisting with inventory audits. Your efforts will contribute to promoting a clean, safe, and positive work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with Supervisors to work as a team when shipping and receiving
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Maintaining the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Actively communicate with Supervisors and Managers to effectively handle material and notify them of problems/concerns
  • Properly document work performed
  • Assist in the effective completion of inventory audits
  • Stack skids or pallets in designated areas
  • Sign applicable driver documentation as required
  • Promote a clean, safe, and positive work environment
  • Maintain the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma / G.E.D is preferred
  • Must hold a valid forklift operator license (Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach) from a recognized training provider
  • Minimum 3-years experience as a forklift driver
  • Proven communication skills both Written and Verbal (English)
