Supervisor, Bakery-Planning & Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Work with all departments to help accommodate any special requests into the schedule
• Work with production to make sure restrictions and anticipated plant thru puts are kept up to date and accurate.
• Track Inventory and Sales, helping to optimize production and strategic plans.
• Support or conduct weekly schedule meeting with bakery leadership.
• Work with Central planning (US and Canada) to maintain inventories.
• Assist or manage freezer capacity by tracking supply and demand numbers versus plan.
• Work with international team to service non gmo food demand
•  Work with supply/demand planning to maintain forecast accuracy.
•  Verify customer forecast performance versus v actual sales.
•  Run production line capacity reports.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Education, Technical Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Proficiency Level

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong systems abilities in SAP and Excel
• Relevant experience in a similar planning position

Preferred

• Post secondary diploma preferred in a Supply Chain or material planning discipline. 
• 3-5 yrs material planning or production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
