About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be accountable for supporting all phases of warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, regulatory compliance, and a safe working environment.

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to safely move inventory throughout the facility.
- Manage inventory transactions and maintain accurate warehouse records using SAP and other systems.
- Receive, store, and distribute raw materials and finished goods while ensuring proper product handling and storage conditions.
- Prepare, verify, and load outbound shipments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Monitor warehouse conditions, equipment performance, and product integrity, reporting issues promptly.
- Maintain warehouse, freezer, and equipment cleanliness in accordance with GMP and food safety standards.
- Support compliance with production schedules, safety requirements, and continuous operational excellence initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
- Experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency with experience using warehouse management or inventory systems.
- Ability to accurately complete documentation and inventory records.
- Ability to work in warehouse and freezer environments and safely perform physical material handling activities.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Experience using SAP for inventory management and warehouse transactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Documented training and certification on forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual material handling equipment.
- Stand-up forklift operating experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing, baking, or consumer packaged goods environment.
