Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced, bakery environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of machines, including mixers, ovens, and packaging equipment. You will be responsible for running the machines safely and efficiently, making adjustments as needed, and requesting service when necessary. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet our high standards of quality.

Accountabilities:

• Operates the production machinery
• Check the weights of the product
• Make adjustments as needed on the machine
• Assist with changeover
• Document machine-related data
• Removes products that do not meet the  specifications

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Previous food experience helpful
• Basic math skills
• Problem solve and troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
