The Vice President of Enterprise Initiatives is a strategic leader responsible for driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high‑impact cross‑functional initiatives that support the organization’s long‑term business growth. This role partners closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, ensure alignment across the enterprise, and accelerate business transformation. The VP provides oversight, thought leadership, and disciplined program management.

  • Shapes the roadmap for enterprise‑level initiatives that advance growth, scalability, and competitive differentiation
  • Translate high‑level strategy into clear program objectives, scope, and success measures
  • Establish and maintain enterprise program management frameworks, governance models, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive execution and remove roadblocks
  • Act as the connective tissue across functions, fostering alignment, communication, and accountability
  • Facilitate executive decision‑making by delivering clear insights, recommendations, and data‑driven business cases
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting or exceeding expected business outcomes
  • Identify risks early and proactively develop mitigation plans
  • Promote a culture of operational discipline, change readiness, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Create clarity and transparency through dashboards, executive updates, and progress reviews

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.

 

Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross‑functional initiatives in complex organizations
  • Experience in growth strategy, operational optimization, or scaling organizational capabilities
