About the Role
We are seeking an Operator III – Warehouse to join our team at our bakery in Hazleton, PA. As an Operator III – Warehouse, you will be accountable for ensuring finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining food safety, quality standards, and inventory integrity in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

- Shift: 2nd
- Hours: 2PM – 10:30PM
- Weekend Availability: Required
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Ensure finished goods meet quality and food safety requirements, placing product on hold physically and in SAP WM when required
- Execute accurate inbound and outbound shipping activities, including documentation and system transactions
- Safely store and move palletized finished goods in freezer racking without product damage
- Maintain FIFO inventory practices and perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
- Inspect trailers, pallets, and storage locations to uphold food safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to support safe and efficient operations
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized warehouse environment while following GMP and safety procedures
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Stand‑up forklift experience
- Basic math, timekeeping, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- 2–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or light industrial environment
- Experience using SAP WM or similar warehouse management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience training new warehouse or shipping employees
- Ability to learn and operate yard jockey equipment
