- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Hours: 2:45 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Weekend Availability: Required (based on production needs)
- Inspect and align frozen bakery products to ensure accurate flow into automated systems
- Maintain product quality by identifying and removing non-conforming items
- Operate and monitor production equipment to support efficient manufacturing processes
- Communicate production issues and deviations to supervisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with GMP standards
- Support shift transitions and ensure continuous production readiness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve safety, quality, and production targets
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and timekeeping skills
- Ability to follow instructions and make sound decisions
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently carry over 20 lbs
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (cold, wet, hot, noisy, or dusty)
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Experience working with automated production equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
