About the Role

Shift & Schedule

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)

• Inspect and position frozen products to ensure proper flow into the automated vision system
• Remove defective or improperly aligned products to prevent equipment jams and maintain efficiency
• Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area in compliance with GMP standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve issues
• Support production goals by following schedules, minimizing waste, and maintaining efficiency
• Participate in team activities, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills and timekeeping ability
• Ability to make sound, logical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs and frequently carry 20+ lbs
• Willingness to work in varying conditions (cold, wet, noisy, or confined spaces)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Experience working with automated production equipment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Experience training or mentoring new employees
