- Shift: 1st Shift
- Hours: Based on production schedule
- Weekend availability: Required
- Operate and monitor mixing processes to ensure products meet specifications for quality, consistency, and composition
- Accurately scale, measure, and record ingredients, including lot tracking and documentation compliance
- Maintain production records including batch data, downtime, and process adjustments
- Communicate effectively with production, quality, sanitation, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations
- Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues and escalate as needed to minimize downtime
- Ensure adherence to food safety, GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment while supporting team operations and training efforts
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills and timekeeping ability
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written formulas and production schedules
- Ability to make logical decisions and solve basic process issues
- Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing
- Ability to work in varying conditions including hot, cold, wet, noisy, or confined environments
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or bakery production environment
- Familiarity with SAP or production tracking systems
- Experience operating mixing or similar processing equipment
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
- Experience supporting training or mentoring new team members
