The Manager will own the Integrated Business Execution process and provide support and input to the Integrated Business Process. As the owner of the IBE process they will host IBE meetings, manage follow-ups, and make sure there is effective communication of decisions to relevant departments. They will provide ongoing KPI reporting, identify opportunities for process and meeting enhancement and improvement of metrics and reporting. They will possess strong relationship-building, communication, conflict management, and change leadership skills. They will be essential in driving collaborative efforts across various organizational functions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. The manager will also need to support other projects that arise on a as needed basis.
Accountabilities:

Measure process and meeting effectiveness through process governance to identify and implement improvements to planning, decision making and supply chain outcomes.

Define, document and track agreed metrics for IBE and IBP

IBE Owner: Champion IBE process across the organization by being the main point of contact for IBE related queries or discussions.

Prepare for the IBE meeting: Prepare and share a pre read for the meeting that contains a list of agenda items and data that can inform decision making. Maintain a comprehensive view of demand, supply and financial aspects of supply chain operations and use it to identify short-term executional issues. Highlight ways that link tactical planning with granular execution (in case of significant deviations) to control operational costs and customer impacts. Additionally, identify and highlight risks and opportunities to inform decision making in the IBE meeting.

Facilitate the IBE meeting: Facilitate the IBE meeting in the form of a live working session, ensuring that all information is presented and discussed, all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made and agreed on, and execution plans are documented with owners and completion dates.

Follow-up, post-IBE meeting: Ensure that decisions from the meeting are communicated to each function/department/team to ensure that execution is taking place.

Support IBP: Take the output of IBE to IBP when key issues need to be escalated for decisions. Present the impact on cost, inventory or service identified from demand and supply reconciliation from IBE and IBP process. Highlight the impact of change made in the production and purchasing plans during the IBE process. Ensure timely decisions and executions via a closed loop between IBP and IBE.

Sustain the IBE process:

Ensure that the IBE process is sustained to the intended level of maturity.

Onboard newcomers from different functions on the process and inform them on the key expectations.

Maintain action plan log, outcomes and summaries of the meeting.

Improve the IBE process:

Report metrics on the IBE decisions to identify progress.

Identify areas for opportunity and change.

Document current process, identify challenges with the process and options to improve.

Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders on the process, meeting effectiveness, metrics and subsequent activities to identify issues to resolve.

Periodically conduct health checks on the process and outcome.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred- preferably in supply chain, operations, or related discipline.

A plus to have experience in manufacturing, demand, supply, procurement, or finance.

SAP ECC, AERA, experience a plus
Salary Range: $89,000 - $119,000

The final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description.
