The Manager will oversee and enhance the Integrated Business Process/Sales and Operations Planning and Integrated Business Execution/Sales and Operations Execution ensuring successful outputs and execution. They will ensure there is stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and clear execution plans with designated owners and timelines. Additionally, they will host IBE/S&OE meetings, manage follow-ups, and make sure there is effective communication of decisions to relevant departments. They will provide ongoing feedback, identify opportunities for process and meeting enhancement and improvement of metrics and reporting. They will possess strong relationship-building, communication, conflict management, and change leadership skills. They will be essential in driving collaborative efforts across various organizational functions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. This role can be located in Los Angeles or Chicago. 

 

Accountabilities:

  • Attend IBP/S&OP meetings ensuring that all information is presented, all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made, and execution plans articulated with owners and completion dates.
  • Ownership of IBE/S&OE meeting. Compile and document key issues for meeting. Maintain tracking of attendees, action plan log, outcomes, and summaries of meetings.
  • Meeting follow-ups for both IBP/S&OP and IBE/S&OE. Ensure that decisions from the meeting are communicated to each function/department/team and, if necessary, ensure that execution takes place.
  • Continuously provide feedback on the process, meeting effectiveness, metrics, and subsequent activities to identify issues to resolve.
  • Review and improve metrics and reporting used for IBP/S&OP and IBE/S&OE process.
  • Document current process and work with the IBP/S&OP process owner on challenges with the process and options to improve the process.
  • Support the IBP/S&OP process owner in implementation of improvements. Share and reapply best practices.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Process orientation. Understanding the connection between groups and activities and ability to organize people and activities to achieve expected outcomes. Insight into opportunities to simplify and integrate process steps to maximum effect.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred- preferably in supply chain, operations, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience required in S&OP/IBP and S&OE/IBE
  • A plus to have experience in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, or finance.
  • SAP ECC, AERA, experience a plus

 

Salary Range: $89,000 - $ 119,000

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description.
