About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Analyst, Indirects to join our team in our Los Angeles, HQ. In this role, you will support and optimize Indirect Procurement processes by managing our SAP ECC, SAP SRM, and Ariba systems, resolving supplier and system issues, running RFx events, and ensuring accurate sourcing data for bakeries and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, vendor performance, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. This role is hybrid onsite four days per week.
Compensation
Salary Range: $67,000–$72,000
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

Manage SAP ECC, SAP SRM, and Ariba data, including vendor records, RFX administration, conflict resolution, contract support, and procurement workflows.

Serve as a primary contact for bakeries, vendors, AP, IT, Engineering, and internal departments to resolve sourcing, registration, pricing, and availability questions.

Support sourcing projects, basic negotiations, supplier follow-up, and cross-functional initiatives led by Procurement leadership.

Conduct data analysis and data entry across procurement categories to strengthen decision-making and system accuracy.

Assist in the administration of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to support sourcing strategies.

Build strong relationships with bakery teams to understand business needs, anticipate changes, and ensure ERP accuracy.

Provide support for supply challenges and help coordinate alternative solutions.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to structure and solve complex or ambiguous problems.

Strong research, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Prior experience with SAP and Ariba (preferred).

Ability to work Central Time 8 AM–5 PM (equivalent to 6 AM–3 PM Pacific).

Ability to work onsite four days per week in a hybrid model.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or supply chain teams.

Familiarity with RFx processes and vendor management.

Strong customer service mindset when supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to navigate ERP or procurement platforms and support system clean-ups or improvements.

Experience in manufacturing, food production, or multi-site operations.
