About the Role

 

We are seeking an Office Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team at our Los Angeles Headquarters (LAHQ). As an Office Coordinator / Receptionist, you will be accountable for delivering a welcoming and professional workplace experience while ensuring the efficient operation of office services, administrative support, visitor management, and workplace hospitality. This role is vital to supporting employees, executives, and guests by maintaining an organized, service-focused environment that enables business success.

This role requires you to be onsite in Los Angeles, CA five days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.

 

Compensation

 

  • Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $23.00

 

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

 

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming front-desk experience for visitors, employees, and guests.
  • Manage visitor registration, site security processes, badge administration, and workplace access requirements.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and workplace logistics to support business operations and meetings.
  • Provide administrative and hospitality support for team meetings, executive events, and company functions.
  • Oversee mail services, shipping activities, package handling, and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain office, kitchen, and workplace supply inventories to ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment.
  • Support operational efficiency through vendor coordination, facilities support, and office service requests.

 

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in reception, office administration, workplace services, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move office supplies, packages, and materials as needed, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

 

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

 

  • Associate degree or additional administrative training.
  • Experience supporting executive teams or senior leadership.
  • Experience with conference room management, visitor management, or workplace services platforms.
  • Experience coordinating catering, meeting logistics, or office events.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, food production, or corporate headquarters environment.
