About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Mass & Club to join our team. As a Director, you will be accountable for leading customer strategy, P&L performance, and execution across the Mass channel and select Club customers. You will personally manage high‑value customer relationships, drive joint business planning, and align cross‑functional partners to deliver revenue, profit, and distribution growth.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $135,000 - $175,000
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)
- Lead customer strategy and full P&L ownership across Mass and Club channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with buyers, merchants, and retail partners
- Develop and execute channel‑specific strategies grounded in insights and category trends
- Partner cross-functionally to align forecasts, inventory, innovation, and marketing support
- Negotiate trade terms, promotional plans, and commitments to deliver profitable growth
- Drive flawless execution of new item launches, resets, and merchandising programs
- Monitor business performance and proactively adjust plans to deliver revenue and EBITDA targets
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8–10+ years of progressive CPG sales experience
- Direct ownership of major Mass or Club customers
- Strong financial acumen with P&L, forecasting, and trade management experience
- Proven ability to deliver growth with complex, high‑volume customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑presence skills
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams as a senior individual contributor
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with major Mass or Club retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam’s Club)
- Expertise with category management, shopper insights, and retail data platforms
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment and commercial strategy
- Strong strategic mindset with attention to detail
