About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager, Natural Channel & eCommerce to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be accountable for driving revenue, distribution, and strategic execution across key natural retailers and digital commerce platforms. Your leadership in two high‑growth channels will directly impact brand visibility, customer partnerships, and commercial results. This role accelerates growth across two trend‑driven channels and strengthens Aspire’s presence with highly influential customers.

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $108,000 - $145,000

 

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

  • Lead customer strategy and business performance for key natural retailers and eCommerce platforms
  • Drive revenue, distribution, and brand visibility across natural and digital channels
  • Develop and execute channel‑specific customer plans grounded in insights and market trends
  • Manage trade budgets, promotional strategy, and customer‑specific P&L components
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and digital commerce partners
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align forecasts, supply, innovation, and marketing support
  • Monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, and adjust plans to deliver growth commitments

 

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–8+ years of progressive CPG sales experience
  • Direct experience managing natural channel or eCommerce customers
  • Strong understanding of distributor networks, retail dynamics, and digital commerce fundamentals
  • Proven ability to drive customer growth and manage trade budgets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional partners as a senior individual contributor

 

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with Whole Foods, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Amazon, or Thrive Market
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort with forecasting or P&L components
  • Proficiency with syndicated data, retailer portals, and eCommerce analytics tools
  • Familiarity with emerging consumer trends within natural and better‑for‑you categories
