About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer & Commercial Insights and Strategy to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be accountable for transforming customer, shopper, and marketplace data into insight‑driven narratives that influence retailer strategy and internal commercial decision-making. This role elevates our strategic presence with retail customers and strengthens internal decision-making through clear, insight‑driven storytelling.)
Compensation
- Salary Range: $108,000 - $145,000
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Lead development of insight‑driven customer presentations that influence retailer strategies and growth discussions
- Analyze syndicated, POS, and shopper datasets to identify trends, whitespace, and competitive opportunities
- Translate complex analytics into clear narratives with actionable recommendations
- Support external customer meetings with executive‑ready materials that elevate strategic conversations
- Deliver internal QBR/MBR and leadership presentations that synthesize performance and marketplace dynamics
- Align insights with Sales, Finance, RGM, and Marketing to support commercial priorities
- Champion the voice of the customer and marketplace across cross-functional teams
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5+ years of experience in CPG insights, analytics, customer strategy, or related roles
- Strong proficiency with syndicated data tools (IRI, Nielsen, Circana) and retailer data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to create executive‑ready presentations and clear data visualizations
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and storytelling
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience supporting retail customers within the CPG industry
- Expertise in loyalty, shopper insights, or custom research
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
- Proven ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced commercial environment
