The primary role of a Senior Analyst with Procurement is to lead ingredient sourcing responsibility for one or more areas, including- strategic category management, analysis of usage against contracts/forecast, and savings projects.  Support responsibilities may include SAP database administration and broader category analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Own the material sourcing process for designated materials, including execution of sourcing strategies, dairy market fundamentals, projects and negotiations.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and support the bakeries.
• Participate in projects for existing and new products with Finance and Commercialization.
• Lead annual budget and standard cost development for ingredient categories.
• Assist with the development of bid packages and administer RFP/RFQ.
• Apply knowledge of SAP and work processes for optimal manufacturing outcomes and pricing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• 1-2 years min. experience preferred.
• Superior critical thinking skills and initiative to solve problems.
• Prioritization of key goals in a changing environment.
• Solid communication, problem solving and research abilities are necessary.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills.
• Prior experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.

Salary Range: $69,000 - $88,300
