Key Accountabilities


The Sr. HR Aanlyst performs research, analysis,  payroll processes, and compliance for wage payment, timekeeping, and reporting. This role also  maintains compliance with internal, local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret, evaluate, and support the implementation of policies changes and identify requirements applicable payroll processes or system functionality.
  • Perform testing support of payroll system patches and upgrades.
  • Provide support for functional and technical issues, leads testing of all Dayforce upgrades and system changes related to payroll.
  • Communicate regularly with HR and PR teams to review and improve cross-functional impact of system related requests and changes.
  • Reconcile and analyze the GL transactions, and related corrections & adjustments for payroll accounts.
  • Work with the application support team to manage payroll interface errors and ensures that all payroll interfaces successfully complete after each payroll.
  • Interpret and apply local, state, and federal government regulations in connection with payroll policies and procedures within the timekeeping system.
  • Act as a liaison between payroll and the internal and external auditors.
  • Serve as Tier 2 Payroll support within payroll service model, addressing and resolving issues while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
