About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Treasury to join our team at our Los Angeles Headquarters. As a Lead Treasury, you will play a critical role in managing the organization’s cash flow, liquidity, banking, and treasury operations while supporting risk management and capital structure decisions. This role is vital in optimizing cash management strategies, forecasting, and mitigating financial risk to support the overall financial health of the business.
This role requires you to be onsite at our Los Angeles Headquarters four days per week, giving you hands‑on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.

Compensation

Salary Range: $79,000 - $106,000

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

  • Lead and oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank activity monitoring
  • Manage bank reconciliations, intercompany balances, and counterparty settlements to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure month‑end treasury and accounting activities are completed accurately and within required deadlines
  • Coordinate payment execution, including wire transfers, deposits, and settlement of financial transactions
  • Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to enable informed financial decision‑making
  • Partner with stakeholders to support risk management activities, including insurance certification coordination
  • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within treasury operations

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting or treasury experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Experience with SAP or S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
  • Advanced experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity modeling
  • Hands‑on exposure to FX risk management and hedging activities
  • Experience supporting treasury operations in complex or multinational environments
