Responsibilities: 

  • Sign in on your line Staffing sheet
  • Be at your work station on time.
  • Work safely, use floor mats provided.
  • Follow all Food Safety and GMP policies.
  • Wear knit or cotton glove where applicable.
  • Lift pan and place on conveyor or table.
  • Ensure proper racking, un-racking procedures
  • Ensure top rack is covered, if not place 2 empty pans upside down on top shelf.
  • Pick up dough trim from line and place on dough block.
  • Place dough piece on conveyor.
  • Spray water if needed at the connections.
  • Overlap dough about 2 inches and press down.
  • Place empty sheet pans on pallet.
  • Fill out dough tag, keep one for record and send other down line to Line Lead.
  • Report any dough pieces that may visually contain foreign material.
  • Do not overlap trim, place single strips; do not place any on seams.
  • Maintain floor duster full.
  • Report any dough pieces that may visually contain foreign material.
  • Maintain line speed.
  • Inform Line Lead any time you must leave line.
  • Ensures compliance with Production/Packaging procedure/practices as well as inspecting all areas within the Mfg line for any operational and/or mechanical issues as well as taking corrective action and/or notifying supervision and/or management.
  • Expected to work in other areas as needed.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of product during processing.
  • Maintain area of responsibility clean and organized
  • This position is also responsible for food safety and legality.
  • Support quality control programs to ensure production are in compliance with best practices food safety and quality standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED, and (1) one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
