3rd shift

 

To provide general help and assist in any postion needed. Ensure that our product meets the Company standards and specifications. Complete, legible and accurate documentation. Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). All Food Safety and Quality Standard requirements are being maintained daily. Must also understand and comply with the company Allergen and HACCP policies and communicate with supervison of any food safety or equipment concerns.

 

Responsibilities

  • Inspect product to ensure it meets established standards and specification and watch for upside down product.. Discard any out of spec product. Assist with un-jamming.
  • Feed on trays and/or stack off trays.
  • Maintain proper flow of product into the pattern formers and re-pack any missing or damaged product in packages.
  • Tailor trays and stack off trays from the tray line when necessary.
  • Monitor and assist the tray feeder to ensure proper flow of trays.
  • Inspect packages.
  • Assist with rework and/or packaging.
  • Ensure that the code is legible with the correct codes.
  • Assist Operator with setup and changeovers, if necessary.
  • Keep work area clean throughout shift.
  • Load dollies in to the dolly ramps.
  • Work with Supervisors and Maintenance to maintain equipment in a good working order.
  • Correctly weigh and record any waste to be disposed of.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Education – High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Years of Experience - < 1 year
  • Language Skills – Clear and concise communication with all levels
  • Computer/Software Skills- N/A
  • Travel requirements- None
