Performs all positions in the product area to relieve personnel for breaks and lunches. Assumes all job description duties during break/lunch. Keeps product staged for counting and loading to trailer. Complete, legible and accurate documentation. Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements are being maintained daily. Must understand and comply with the company Allergen and HACCP policies. Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety or Equipment concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in all operations of production and wrapping.
- Relieve all positions with in the department for breaks and lunches as required.
- Must follow responsibilities listed of positions relieved.
- Ensure stacker is supplied enough cardboard boxes and all need supplies at all times
- Ensure that our product meets the company's standards and specifications.
- Complete, legible and accurate documentation.
- Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
- Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements are being maintained daily.
- Must understand and comply with the company Allergen and HACCP policies.
- Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety or Equipment concerns
- Perform all other assigned tasks as directed by the Lead/Supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or food environment
- Clear and consise. Ability to read and write accurate and legible documentation
Shift: 3rd
Hourly Range: $21.50 - $23.00
