Weekend availability: As needed
- Direct and manage daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, and staging to ensure efficient product flow
- Lead outbound logistics execution to ensure accurate, on-time shipments that meet DOT, GMP, and HACCP standards
- Oversee inbound receiving and inventory management of production equipment, trays, and transport materials
- Enforce safety, food safety, and quality compliance standards while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, including performance management and scheduling
- Coordinate production support by aligning labor, materials, and equipment with production schedules and output goals
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure operational readiness through routine monitoring and maintenance coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations
- 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and work in a physically active environment
- Experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment
- Forklift certification
- Familiarity with DOT shipping regulations and documentation
- Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
