Set up and monitors the operation of the Divider/V-Mag. Ensure the product meets the Company’s standards and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up Divider and inspect it to assure it is ready to operate
- Check dough pies to achieve required weights and adjust parts for proper alignment, dusting
- Ensure doubles are removed before entry into the proofer
- Monitor dough consistency and communicate with Mixer Operator and Foreperson
- Ensure dusters do not run out of Muffin-cornmeal
- All equipment exterior, from the divider to the griddle, should be brushed off and the floor swept as needed
- No dough or remnants should be visible on the exterior of the equipment
- All conveyors, panels, and floors need to be kept clean
- Ensure Monkey Paws timing is inspected and aligned with proofer cups
- Dough flow hopper to be scraped each hour and stairs kept clean of flour and dough
- Catch pans, moulder, and griddle discharge to be emptied as needed
- Complete appropriate documentation, and notify Foreperson when outside the established range
- Ensure that our product meets the company's standards and specifications.
- Complete, legible, and accurate documentation.
- Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements are being maintained daily.
- Must understand and comply with the company Allergen and HACCP policies.
- Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety or Equipment Concerns
- All other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or food environment
- Ability to read and write accurate and legible documentation
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00
