About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team at our Riverside, CA warehouse. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be accountable for supporting efficient warehouse operations by overseeing shift activities, ensuring accurate product movement, and maintaining safe and organized inventory flow.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd
• Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $24.00 – $26.00

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Lead and oversee warehouse staff during assigned shift to ensure daily operational objectives are met
• Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and accurately throughout the warehouse
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on workforce performance, scheduling, and operational needs
• Ensure accurate verification of product, lot codes, quantities, and inventory movement using scanning systems
• Maintain accurate inventory and activity records to support traceability and compliance
• Support production and shipping needs through effective cross-department communication
• Uphold food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards at all times

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food distribution or manufacturing
• Previous experience operating sit-down and high-reach forklifts
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. repeatedly and perform manual material handling
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse management systems
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Experience in a regulated or food-manufacturing warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory scanning processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to support multiple warehouse functions as needed
