Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the continual preparation and mixing of Par Bake cookie dough to meet recipe standards. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Accurate ingredient Lot Code/Lot Code Change recording.
  • Must accurately measure ingredients to meet recipe standards.
  • Responsible for timely preparation or “staging” of ingredients for recipes.
  • Must inspect quality of ingredients being used for product production prior to mixing.
  • Maintain work area cleanliness.
  • Responsible for following safety and quality procedures at all times.
  • Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by any lead, supervisor, manager or other leader in the ASPIRE BAKERIES organization.

 

 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • English literacy, elementary level
  • No experience required
  • GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house)

This position requires employee to have adequate communicating and observational skills, including seeing, speaking and hearing, due to the operation of various types of moving equipment used in the bakery.  These requirements are for the safety of the employee and co-workers.  These requirements are also necessary for collecting and distributing information to staff, and communicating with co-workers.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and color vision.
