Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Operate stand-up forklifts to safely move materials across warehouse, docks, and storage areas
- Support production by supplying raw ingredients and ensuring proper lot rotation and accuracy
- Verify product details including lot codes, quantities, and product types using warehouse systems
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock tracking records through counts and system updates
- Transport and position trailers for inbound and outbound shipments
- Sustain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment aligned with food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse and production operations
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic English and/or Spanish literacy
- Ability to perform physical tasks including moving materials manually
- Ability to follow food safety, quality, and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment
- Familiarity with inventory systems and RF scanning equipment
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain in-house certification)
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
