About the Role
We are seeking a Bakery Admin to join our team at our Stockton bakery. As a Bakery Admin, you will be accountable for supporting production operations through scheduling, SAP transactions, reporting, and front‑office coordination. This role is vital to maintaining accurate production records, supporting planning activities, and ensuring efficient administrative operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: Monday–Friday
- Hours: Monday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; Tuesday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Weekend availability: Must be able to work at least one Saturday per month (potentially every Saturday during initial training)
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $23.00–$25.00 DOE
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Support SAP transactions and production systems, including goods receipts, confirmations, and reporting
- Assist production planning through process orders, inventory tracking, wrap reports, and documentation
- Manage daily, weekly, and end‑of‑week reporting, including VOC and Pan reports
- Provide administrative and front‑office support, including visitor sign‑in, supplier information, and general office coordination
- Support cross‑functional requests for purchasing, HR coordination, and special projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with food‑safety, quality, and legal standards
- Communicate effectively with production, planning, and leadership teams to support operational flow
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or administrative coordination
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with reporting/data entry
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform office‑based physical tasks as needed
- Ability to work required weekends during training and periodic monthly Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- SAP or ERP system experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or bakery environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret reports
- Experience supporting planning, scheduling, or front‑office operations
- Strong customer service and cross‑functional support skills
