Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute various production reports

 
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all production data; follow up with Supervisors, Foremen, or Leads to resolve discrepancies. 

  • Perform Process Order (PO) verifications in SAP. 

  • Track and manage attendance records for production and packing employees. 

  • Ensure timely and accurate SAP reporting; escalate any issues to the Inventory Manager. 

  • Verify completeness and accuracy of all received data in accordance with company policies; follow up with Supervisors, Foremen, or Leads for any missing information. 

  • Manage the supply cage and ensure availability of all necessary production supplies. 

  • Prepare and submit the PCH report to the Accounting Department on schedule. 

  • Collaborate with the production team to implement the PCE system. 

  • Act as a SME for PCE and be a trainer for new hires as needed. 

  • Complete physical inventory cycle counts and reconciles against SAP inventories for all PSA locations. 

  • Generate and report weekly inventory data for bulk flour, starter, and water. 

  • Print and maintain the production shell with all relevant production data. 

  • Support quality, safety, and compliance initiatives by maintaining a clean and organized work area and reporting any concerns immediately. 

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.  

 

Qualifications:   

 
  • Education: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. 

  • Experience: Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  •  
  • Communication Skills: 

 
  • Microsoft Office processing software (Word, Excel, Outlook)  

  • Inventory management systems preferred

Shift: 3rd

Hourly Rate: $21.50-$22.50
