Why You’ll Love Working At Aspire Bakeries
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 3rd Shift
- Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Weekend Availability: Required
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $18
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)
- Support production and packaging processes to ensure efficient workflow and product consistency
- Inspect finished goods and identify quality defects, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with line changeovers and product transitions to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety protocols, GMP standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and performance goals
- Handle, stack, and palletize products according to company specifications
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Basic understanding of English preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work in environments with temperature changes, noise, and airborne flour dust
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other)
- Familiarity with GMP and food safety practices
- Experience working in fast-paced production environments
