About the Role
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 3rd shift
- Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30AM
- Weekend Availability: Required
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $18
- Monitor and ensure product quality and specifications from proofing through baking and packing stages
- Operate and oversee scoring systems and perform manual scoring when required
- Inspect, align, and adjust products on production lines to maintain proper spacing and positioning
- Track and report production performance issues, equipment concerns, and deviations to leadership
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across production, oven, and packing areas
- Perform ongoing quality checks including weight verification and documentation of line checks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, standard work adherence, and waste reduction efforts
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or within a team
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs (with assistance up to 100 lbs)
- Ability to work in environments with temperature changes, noise, and flour dust exposure
- Prior experience in a fast-paced production or food manufacturing environment
- Experience working with automated production equipment
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Experience participating in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives
