About the Role

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $18
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas including proofer, oven, and packing stations to meet GMP and safety standards

Monitor production line equipment (e.g., flour dusters) and notify leadership of any performance issues

Identify and report equipment malfunctions or potential mechanical failures promptly
-
Support product quality and food safety standards by identifying and escalating contamination risks or irregularities
-
Follow standard operating procedures, GMPs, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and consistency

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including centerline management, CIL, and root cause analysis activities

Conduct routine area walkthroughs to identify defects, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

High School Diploma or GED
-
Basic math skills
-
Basic verbal and written English communication skills

Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning ability
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work in a team environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs., with assistance up to 100 lbs.)

Ability to work in environments with temperature changes, flour dust, and moderate to loud noise levels
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

Prior experience in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, or packing environment

Familiarity with GMPs and food safety standards

Experience working with continuous improvement systems (e.g., Lean, CIL, or centerline management)
