Key Accountabilities

This position is accountable for providing Administrative support to Production Supervision across multiple production lines.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare all associated paperwork to provide to Production Supervisors prior to a scheduled production run
  • Release process orders in SAP
  • Printing of mixer sheets in SAP
  • Printing of material/parts list in SAP for Material Handlers
  • Printing of misc. forms required for the production floor
  • Monitoring COGI errors as they occur during the production run:
  • Monitoring COGI within SAP
  • Communication with Material Handlers and Production Supervisors for needed movements within SAP
  • Clearing COGI errors after movements are made
  • Communication with the Administrative Production Supervisor when a COGI error can not be cleared through a proper movement
  • Creation of Production Report via Microsoft Excel template onto “K” drive
  • Organize and audit production paperwork generated from a scheduled production run when it is complete and provided by Production Supervisor
  • Enter downtime and explanations provided by Production Supervisor
  • Enter headcount provided by Production Supervisor
  • Enter raw data into Production Report
  • Cross-check raw data to SAP data to ensure the data matches
  • Cross-check data against known standards
  • Investigate all discrepancies
  • Balance semi-finished goods with finished goods
  • Confirmations in SAP
  • Double check all data to ensure accuracy
  • Save finished version of Production Report onto “K” drive in the appropriate file location
  • Email completed Production Report
  • Create paperwork packet and provide to Administrative Production Supervisor

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • High degree of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Able to work nights, weekends, overtime and holidays as required.
  • Experience in SAP inventory applications
  • Previous accounting or administrative auditing experience

 

Physical requirements

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-pounds.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Use a computer keyboard and monitor more than 75% of total work time.
  • The noise level in the work environment is often moderate to loud.
