About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst, Bakery–Maintenance Inventory to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. In this role, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of bakery operations by managing maintenance inventory systems, optimizing parts availability, and supporting equipment uptime. You will play a key role in improving accuracy, reducing waste, and strengthening maintenance processes.

 

Shift & Schedule

  • Shift: 1st
  • Hours: 8am – 5pm
  • Weekend availability: As Needed

 

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $85,000 – 95,000

 

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

  • Oversee and optimize the bakery’s maintenance inventory program to ensure parts availability and accuracy.
  • Lead and support inventory clerks while maintaining high standards for stockroom operations.
  • Maintain and enhance CMMS equipment records, bills of material, and parts data to support maintenance planning.
  • Manage purchasing and work order workflows, including PO/WO creation, review, and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and manufacturing standards across all storeroom activities.
  • Monitor and control spare‑parts service levels, inventory turns, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes, machine uptime, and storeroom organization.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) spare parts.
  • Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
  • Knowledge of GMPs in food manufacturing and safe handling of chemicals and lubricants.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain an industrial lift license and perform physical tasks related to stocking and material handling.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

  • Experience in food manufacturing or a related industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with BRC, AIMS, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting, job kitting, or stockroom supervision.
  • Working knowledge of procurement-to-use supply workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience using data to improve maintenance or inventory performance.
