Manager, Customer Finance

Responsibilities: 

• Responsibility of end-to-end Customer P&L
• Customer-level EBITDA
• Customer-Level Promotional Programs
• Pricing and Trade Spend
• Revenue / Net Sales
• Operational cost inputs (standard costs, manufacturing variances, PPV), freight & warehousing costs, SG&A costs, and impact on overall customer profitability 
• Support all aspects of the Customer P&L: budgeting, forecasting,  and helping Customer Development to achieve corporate strategy and annual targets
• Prepare Week/Month/Quarter/Year End Customer Finance Reports
• Provide active leadership in financial processes, and liaise with shared services and other departments to ensure process efficiencies, reporting accuracies, and timely issue resolution
• Perform price change impact analysis, including profitability risk and assessments
• Analyze new contract requests for alignment with pricing strategies and account growth objectives.
• Analyze costs and market conditions to develop pricing for new food launches and product innovation with the customer 
• Build strong relationships with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive the successful implementation of identified optimization opportunities.
• Distressed Product Exposure Management – Accountable for managing exposure against forecast
• Customer Business Reviews – Accountable for timely and accurate reviews
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analyses to drive business decisions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of finance experience, preferably with a CPG company
• 3+ years of pricing and trade management experience
• Strong understanding of profitability analysis, food manufacturing, and distribution costs
• University degree in Finance, preferably with a CPA designation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple functions and levels
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel

Salary Range: $78,000 - $115,000

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
