  • Maintains and updates ingredients, packaging, and finished  goods inventory system at a high level of accuracy
  • SAP – utilize ERP system to receive, store, inventory & shipment of ingredients, packaging, and Finished Goods throughout the supply chain.
  • Always operates the forklift in a safe manner. Attends a Forklift safety training seminar at least once a year.
  • Prepares, picks, and stages customer orders for shipment.
  • Places palletized cases in their assigned space in the frozen warehouse.
  • Determines efficient storage and location of products in the warehouse.
  • Delivers daily Production and Packing Depts. materials to assigned areas.
  • Schedules and loads trucks with palletized products or materials to be shipped.
  • Unloads palletized deliveries to plant. 
  • Rotates materials and products for usage and delivery by the FIFO system.
  • Records documents for material and production products accurately and in a timely fashion and places completed documents in their designated place.
  • Reports malfunctioning of Forklift or other equipment immediately to supervisor/maintenance.
  • At the end of the shift or day, connects the Forklift to the battery charge. Reports or repairs, as appropriate, any damaged materials generated when operating the Forklift.
  • Completes duties in accordance with quality assurance, GMPs, safety, and other company programs and procedures, and in accordance with government codes and regulations. 
  • Maintains clean, organized, and safe work area, including wiping and washing equipment and tools; sweeping and mopping floors; and trash removal.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the acting supervisor.
  • Works to maintain and improve on the quality, legality, and safety of each product and the processes used in their manufacture.
  • Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and tidy at all times and reporting any potential contamination and suspicious activity to a Supervisor immediately.



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two years of related manufacturing experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of experience and training. 
  • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents such as production schedules, OSHA and other safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write English sentences, and fill out shipping and receiving materials documents.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete
  • Knowledge of inventory control software is helpful.
  • Valid and current license for operating the Forklift required.
