About the Role

We are seeking a Bakery Warehouse Lead to join our team at our Cayce bakery. As a Bakery Warehouse Lead, you will be accountable for supporting warehouse operations, training team members, and ensuring accurate inventory management to keep production running smoothly.

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Lead and train warehouse team members to ensure operational excellence.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move products safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation in SAP.
• Stage ingredients and finished goods to support production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety standards.
• Inspect warehouse and equipment daily; report issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and freezer areas.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Outlook, and Excel.
• Documented equipment training (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of GMP compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
