About the Role
We are seeking a Bakery Warehouse Lead to join our team at our Cayce facility. As a Bakery Warehouse Lead, you will be accountable for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining efficient material flow to production. This role plays a critical part in training team members, supporting departmental leadership, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm
Weekend availability required
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

Lead warehouse operations and provide coverage for leadership during absences and PTO.

Train new team members on warehouse processes, equipment usage, and operational procedures.

Manage inventory transactions, product receipts, and warehouse documentation within SAP.

Support production by staging ingredients and ensuring timely material availability.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Monitor inventory accuracy through inspections, cycle counts, bin validations, and product verification activities.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with SAP, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.

Documented training and experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

Prior experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment.

Experience supporting inventory control and cycle count programs.

Previous experience training or mentoring warehouse employees.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

SAP warehouse management system experience.
