About the Role
We are seeking a Production Operator II to join our team. As a Production Operator II, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality and food safety specifications. This role is critical to maintaining production performance, product consistency, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

- Shift: 1st Shift
- Hours: Based on operational needs
- Weekend Availability: Required as needed by business demands
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance, process settings, and material supplies to maintain efficient production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and workplace safety standards.
- Inspect work areas, machinery, and equipment to maintain cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Communicate production, maintenance, quality, hygiene, and safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Follow production schedules, running orders, and recipes to support customer and operational requirements.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
- Basic equipment and product troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and follow production schedules, specifications, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety, quality, and workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, or consumer packaged goods production.
- Experience operating automated production equipment.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment adjustment experience.
- Experience maintaining production documentation and process records.
