As a Production Operator II, you will ensure food meets quality specifications by operating and adjusting machinery and equipment. You will maintain equipment settings, ensure supplies are full, and keep accurate documentation. Additionally, you will uphold safety and hygiene standards, report any issues, and comply with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure food meets quality specifications
- Operate and adjust machinery & equipment to ensure accuracy and proper food specifications
- Maintain settings on equipment and ensure supplies are full
- Maintain appropriate documents/reports
- Ensure work areas, machinery and equipment are clean, and organized and adhere to applicable safety rules at all times
- Responsible for reporting and taking necessary actions to ensure food safety and prevent food quality problems from occurring; communicating safety, quality, production, maintenance, and hygiene issues to appropriate personnel
- Continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs)
- Adhere to production work schedule, running order, and recipes
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Equipment and product knowledge
- Equipment and product troubleshooting ability
Shift: 3rd
Weekends: Required
