About the Role

We are seeking a Packing Operator to join our team at our Cayce bakery. As a Packing Operator, you will be accountable for operating automated packaging equipment, ensuring food quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 1st
Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM
Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust automated packaging machinery to ensure accuracy and product specifications.
• Package food manually and with machinery while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments or escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain equipment settings and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Perform operator-level preventative maintenance and hygiene tasks.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Report and address any safety, quality, or maintenance concerns promptly.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and products.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product issues.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
